Joe Schlegel
Joe is a seasoned financial expert with over 40 years of experience in tax and accounting and consulting services, specializing in small and medium size businesses and their owners. He has experience in business formations and exit strategies , which includes mergers, acquisitions, sales and other advisory services for partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and the owners. Joe also has experience compliance and advisory services to tax exempt entities including hospitals, nursing homes and other not-for-profit entities.
Joe also served as a CFO of various businesses in construction, residential development, retail and amusement industries.
Joe is a graduate of Binghamton University and is a certified Public Accountant in South Carolina and New York. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the South Carolina Association of CPA sand the New York State Society of CPAs.
